Blythe (she/her) is a performance designer working across theatre, dance, opera and installation. She has particular interest in closely collaborative processes that explore devised narratives, engagement with community and the role of landscape in theatre.
After a foundation course with the Royal Drawing School she trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, graduating in 2020 with a BA (Hons) in Design for Performance and receiving the Lord Williams Memorial Prize for Design.
Recent design credits include work with Tangled Feet, English Touring Opera, Breach and Temper Theatre. Assisting credits include work with Vicki Mortimer, Rosanna Vize, Rhys Jarman and Tom Piper. She is also a current design resident at the New Diorama's Broadgate studio.
